He grew up in Durham, Kansas and has a background in commercial and general construction, as well as hands-on experience building sheds at one of Premier’s production facilities in Red Oak, Iowa.

After returning home, Caden opened the Emporia lot to bring that same build quality and straightforward service to his neighbors. He personally handles every quote and lot appointment, keeping the process simple—honest specs, clear pricing, and hometown service.
